Large Polka-dots (12cm/4.72"diameter) long skirt with a lined body and eight ruffles starting at hip-height. The body of the skirt is made of polyester & spandex fabric and the ruffles are made of poyester fabric. The length of the skirt can be adjusted by folding the waistband over the hips. Can be used with underlying petticoat. White or black petticoat sold separately (ref LN787).
