1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made through the Lunares website for delivery outside Brazil. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Placing an Order

To place an order, select the desired product, color, size, and quantity, then add the item to your shopping cart. Before completing your purchase, you may review and edit your order, confirm your shipping address, and select an available shipping option.

After your order is placed, Lunares will send an email confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not guarantee product availability.

3. Prices and Payment

Product prices do not include shipping charges, import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless expressly stated at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, shipment weight, and available shipping service.

Payments may be made through PayPal or bank wire transfer.

For PayPal payments, customers may use PayPal funds, a credit card, or another payment method accepted by PayPal in their region. A PayPal account is not required where PayPal makes guest checkout available.

If you select bank wire transfer, Lunares will send an email with payment instructions. Orders paid by bank wire will be processed only after payment has been received and confirmed by Lunares.

Please do not send credit card, bank account, or other payment information by email, except when completing a bank wire using instructions sent by Lunares from its official email address.

4. Processing & Shipping

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 13 business days after payment confirmation.

If you have urgency or any special need, please write us at contato@lunaresflamenco.com.br, inform your order number and let us know what you need. Be sure we will do our best to accommodate your order.

5. Cancellations and Returns

If you need to request a cancellation or change to an order, please contact contato@lunaresflamenco.com.br as soon as possible. Lunares will make reasonable efforts to assist, but an order may not be changed or cancelled once it has entered production, processing, or shipment.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to customers under the consumer-protection laws applicable in their country of residence or destination country.

If a customer chooses to cancel an order outside any applicable statutory cancellation period, or returns an item under the voluntary return policy, Lunares will refund the value of the returned products after receipt and inspection, provided that the items meet the return conditions.

Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges paid to carriers or public authorities are not refundable. Where permitted by applicable law, these non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund.

If a shipment is returned because the recipient refused delivery, did not pay customs charges, provided an incorrect address, or failed to collect the package, Lunares may deduct the original shipping charge, return-shipping cost, customs charges, carrier fees, and other non-recoverable costs from any refund, where permitted by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Responsibility

Lunares is not responsible for delays, loss, or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs inspections, government actions, strikes, or service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
