PayPal is a system for making secure online payments. For opening a PayPal account, you need to only provide your PayPal account with a credit card through a secure login.
If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be automatically directed to your PayPal account. Once the payment via PayPal has been validated, you can complete your order on the Internet Site.
Your PayPal account will be debited immediately after the final confirmation of the order.
The advantage of this solution is that, the bank details of one party are never communicated to the other party during a transaction. This system does not charge any additional fees at the time of making your payment.
Lunares guarantees the confidentiality and security of your payments. And all this is thanks to the SSL system (Secure Socket Layer).
In order to avoid any risk of fraud, you will not be asked to provide any of your bank/credit card information BY MAIL.
Packages are generally dispatched within 7 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via brazilian postal service (Correios) with tracking and drop-off with signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a tracking code to track your package online.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Lunares cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, retention by CUSTOMS, etc.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We cannot establish an specific date and hour of delivery.
If the package is returned to Lunares because the carrier was not able to deliver (wrong address, package unclaimed, etc), we can make another shipping, but the client must pay the shipping fees again. If the client decides to give up the order, Lunares will reembourse the products value (subtracting tax values) and will not reembourse the shipping fees.

International deliveries are subject to retention by the destination country Customs Service for content inspection or importing taxes verification, according to each country customs rules. Possible delays due to these procedures are not considered in the delivery estimated time. Lunares cannot control and do not have responsibility neither access over Customs activity of any country.
CUSTOMS Importing taxes:
Lunares is not responsible for any additional importing taxes or fees imposed to you by your country of origin. Lunares products are accompanied by commercial invoice. Any customs duties are of responsibility of the importer. Please, see your country CUSTOMS laws and procedures before ordering.
We want you to love what you ordered! You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Returns can be made within 15 days of the shipping delivery date . The shipping fees and Custom importing taxes will not be refunded. Please send us en email to receive all the instructions about the return and exchange.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
As soon as we receive the returned products, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
