Blouse and skirt set. Skirt made of polyester and spandex fabric. Double lined, with six ruffles, 2 of each in lace. Top made with lace fabric, and features two ruffles on the ¾ length sleeves. The length of the skirt can be adjusted by folding the waist part over the hip.
